School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.
Our school event may include:

Celebration Concert
WHEN: Tuesday 10 November 2026
TIME: 7:00 (Students to arrive between 6:30 and 6:45)
Here’s everything else you need to know about the night.
Students performing in dance groups, choir, or band are expected to attend the evening concert. Please inform your child’s teacher if they will not attend the evening performance.
When arriving at the venue
Stage 1: Allan Mullins Room
After the concert, students will be collected from the foyer closest to the Allan Mullins room to ensure the hallway is kept clear.
Stages 2 and 3: At the far east part of the main foyer (signs posted)
After the concert, students will be collected from these same meeting points.
What to wear for the concert

Stage 3 Sydney Academy of Sport & Recreation Excursion
When: Wednesday 14 October 2026 to Friday 16 October 2026.
Activities may include canoeing, raft building, rock climbing and archery.
What do I need to do?
The Office of Sport registration portal is now open for students to enrol for camp. Please use the link below to complete the registration, provide all required details and dietary information.
SIGN IN - Year 5/6 Camp - Blaxland East Public School
Please note that attendance on this camp is dependent on your child’s continued good behaviour and following BEPS Core Values.
P&C meeting
Date: 2nd Wednesday of the Month
Time: 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Join our vibrant P&C. Meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of the month in the school library or via Teams (link is sent out via Sentral). Parents and carers are welcome to attend.
